This was our first project, a full refurbishment of a typical La Herradura villa.
The client trusted us even with our lack of experience, back in 2001.

The major changes we made was changing the entrance of the house, with the new hall that distributes to both floors.
The ground floor was changed into an apartment for children and grandchildren, and the top floor was left with a open plan for the main living space.

We gave a prime role to the outer spaces, specially to the new pergolas that cover the entrance, the swimming pool area and the patio.

Later, in 2007 we added a garage and a new pedestrian access to the house
